I am excited that you have taken the big
step to making physical fitness apart of your everyday life style. Physical fitness is not just looking
good but it is a valuable weapon to fight cancer, increase your energy level,
lengthen your life span, and slow down the aging process.
My goal is to share my secrets of getting fit and staying fit
for life. This will be accomplished
by designing a fitness and diet program to assist you in meeting your fitness
goal. For 30 years, I have taught
and practiced various fitness methods as an All-American track athlete, teacher
and coach. In addition, I have a
Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology.
